Experience
Mr. Brake is an EPA accredited Lead Risk Assessor, Abatement Supervisor and Project
Designer. He is one of the few consultants in the State of Florida who specialize
in Lead and Lead based paint services. He is exceedingly familiar with performing
Lead and Lead based paint assessments of residential and industrial structures.
Prior to his position with AMRC Mr. Brake was a Senior Safety Inspector with the
Florida Division of Safety in Gainesville, Florida. Mr. Brake's responsibilities
included conducting comprehensive OSHA compliance assessments, audits and enforcement,
preparation of written reports of findings and recommendations, development and
provision of specialized safety and health training programs, and safety program
assessment and development. Mr. Brake was also the regional asbestos program manager
and an instructor at the University of Florida's TREEO Center.
Mr. Brake's representative project experience includes:
